    Used. Comes in non-original packaging.  This Fan Assembly is in good cosmetic condition with minor scuffs and scratches from normal use, but nothing significant that would affect functionality.
    Notes:
    This fan assembly has two power connections.  One is 120V (likely for a controller or some other component no longer attached), and the other is 460V 3-Phase.  We powered up both of these sources and observed the fan run smoothly as designed.  No additional testing was performed. No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.
