Vintage 1940's Handmade Child Young Girls Short Sleeve Top Shirt
There is one tiny hole on the back middle top of neck. It is right where either a button or button hole would have been (12) however the top has neither one of them. The back top just has the frayed ends of the lace embroidered trim (photo 9).  This looks to be handmade and I can see some machine stitching as well as hand stitching (photo 7 & 8). I'm not sure if the one sleeve was repaired or not but that is where I see the hand stitching.  This is a very thin material (photo 6). There are no stains on it.
Freshly hand washed and hung up to air dry. No bad smells.
Measures 14" long. Armpit to armpit is 15". Neck 6 1/2".
