Vintage 70s Girls Burgundy Top w/ Plaid Elbow Patches, sz M

Smoke free home. Great vintage shape. Seam coming apart a little under one arm. Brand is Kinky. Assuming this is a kids sz M. My daughter who wears a sz XS/S adult  could fit in to it but it looked too small.
Measurements: 16" across from armpit to armpit and 19" long.
