Vintage 1970's/80's Childs Shirt/Top (Read description please)

Description

Vintage small child's shirt.
Looks like from the 1970's or early 80's.
Tag is very faded. I can only make out "Made in USA" and "100% cotton. Can't read the size.
Here are some measurements:
From top of collar to bottom of hem: 13 inches.
From side to side at belt level: 10 1/2 in.
From top of sleeve to the bottom of sleeve: 9 inches.
From shoulder to shoulder: 10 inches.
The metal buckle has lost some color and there is a small snag on one sleeve (see photos).
