Used. Comes in non-original packaging.  It has scuffs, scratches, rust from normal use.
Notes:
When power was applied, this item ran very smoothly.  It was not tested under a load.  No further testing was performed.
Note:  The blower "drum" has some cracks in it as seen in the pictures.  Might be easy to epoxy over.  It is also missing its electrical cover. No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.
