Buying as is, I know nothing about this type of item. Do not know if it’s missing parts or how it works. I tool lots of pics so you can see for yourself. You folks that know what this does, look at it and feel comfortable on bidding. Apparently 31.5” long, 7” across at horn and 7.2” across at base. Please check pics and ask questions before bidding.
