    The MIL 80 brushless DC fan is equipped with an aerodynamic venturi configured case. Utilizing the unique Rotron inverted motor construction the axial length of the fan is limited to the minimum measurement required by the highly efficient propeller, with no further space sacrificed for the brushless DC motor and internal drive electronics.
    The venturi case and propeller are cast aluminum. Rotron’s unique inverted motor rotorprop impeller stainless steel shaft runs on two high-precision (ABEC 5), double-shielded, stainless steel ball bearings with an integral lubricant reservoir to give longer maintenance-free life. Brushless DC drive electronics circuitry is mounted inside the case hub.
